My name is Arella Cassem, and I am an independent audiovisual engineer. My passion for audio (naturally) began with my love for music. I began producing in high school, at home, utilizing GarageBand on my iPhone for audio recordings, editing and production. Now, several years later, with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Multimedia Arts & Technology, I am blessed to say I have operated many professional recording sessions at Western Sound Studios in Kalamazoo, MI. Additionally, I have now worked intimately with an extensive amount of audio tools to craft an array of desired effects. My specialties include scoring and special effects for movies, television, commercials and video games. I find much joy in the beat-making and soundscape-forming aspects of music production, as well as the mixing and mastering of various elements to achieve the perfect synergy of sound.
